WHY DO I HANDLE DISTRESSED HOME SALES?

After relocating to the Tampa Bay Area in 1987, I settled in a remote area of North Pinellas County which at the time was a two lane road with its adjacent horse farms and cow pastures. I witnessed firsthand the transformation of this piece of paradise to what we now call the East Lake Corridor.   

The East Lake Corridor is nestled between the shores of Lake Tarpon to its West and the Brooker Creek Preserve to its East.  It is speckled with quaint neighborhoods, friendly people and small businesses. It is a lifestyle and it is what I call home.  

My primary reason for becoming an expert in distress properties through the CDPE designation is to help our community negotiate this historic economic downturn by successfully selling distressed properties.

My mission is to maintain the value and desirability of our homes, our community and our piece of paradise called East Lake Tarpon.
